In 2017, I joined the in-house marketing team at West Paw as the Creative Director, entrusted with revamping the brand's creative strategy and driving business growth. Tasked with assembling a team of internal and external creative partners who shared our vision for West Paw's future. This collaborative effort allowed us to harness diverse talents and perspectives to achieve our goals effectively.

My role has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including rebranding, innovative and award-winning product and packaging design, orchestrating product launches, directing photo and video shoots, web design, paid media, social media strategy, trade show booth design, e-commerce marketing, and crafting direct messaging tailored to both D2C and B2B audiences.

As a core team member, I work closely with the sales and manufacturing departments to align our creative efforts with business objectives. Through strategic planning and execution, we doubled the company's revenue, achieving significant growth in a competitive market.

By consistently delivering innovative products, sustainable solutions, compelling branding, and targeted marketing campaigns, we solidified the brand's position as a leader in the pet industry.
